How does NEXUS work with Instagram?+
NEXUS is a Chrome & Safari extension that adds a sidepanel to Instagram on desktop. Your DMs, your replies, your client notes — all in one view. We don't post on your behalf, and we never store your password.
Is my client data safe?+
Yes. All client records are encrypted at rest, hosted on UK servers, and fully GDPR-compliant. We never sell data, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?+
Never. Deposits go directly to your Stripe or GoCardless account. NEXUS only charges the flat monthly subscription — what you make is yours.
Can I use NEXUS on mobile?+
The sidepanel is desktop-first because that's where most artists do their admin. A companion iOS app is in beta — drop us a DM if you'd like access.
